RENTAL FEES PER MONTH IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

The price schedule is valid from 1st October 2023

ㅤㅤAPARTMENT 21 m2 – rental fee per month

ㅤㅤType of a room / Rental fee per person /Utilities

ㅤㅤ a single room with a kitchen and a bathroom /  2000 PLN /  200 PLN advance payment for utilities settled according to consumption

ㅤㅤㅤㅤa double room with a kitchen and a bathroom / 950 PLN / 200 PLN advance payment for utilities settled according to consumption

ㅤㅤㅤㅤAPARTMENT 27m2 – rental fee per month:

ㅤㅤㅤㅤType of a room / Rental fee per person /Utilities

ㅤㅤㅤㅤa single room with a kitchen and a bathroom / 2200 PLN / 200 PLN advance payment for utilities settled according to consumption

ㅤㅤㅤㅤa double room with a kitchen and a bathroom / 1050PLN / 200 PLN advance payment for utilities settled according to consumption

  • Deposit – 2000 PLN (440 EUR)
  • Lease contract for one semester or one academic year

ㅤㅤIf the student moves in the room after the 7th day of the month, the rent is calculated per each day of stay in the  dormitory:

ㅤㅤa single room 21 m2 – 70 PLN for one day of stay

ㅤㅤa double room 21 m2 – 50 PLN for one day of stay – one person

ㅤㅤa single room 27 m2 – 80 PLN for one day of stay

ㅤㅤa double room 27 m2 – 60 PLN for one day of stay – one person
